Simply give us the new recipient's name and we will etch a crystal plaque plate and send it to you. No screws, no glue, no complicated assembly - just slide the new plaque plate in. Made from nine pounds of pure optic crystal, the Forte holds up to 13 names. Please note that the only one plaque plate is included. 15" H x 13.25" W x 4" D
